What is this job about?:


Your role towards customers

  • Being the voice of the low-code to existing and potential customers
  • Analyze customers’ business in order to solve business problems an see the potential for the new opportunities
  • To hear the customer and transform customers ideas into digital solutions


Your role in the team

  • Manage opportunities and projects with the technical team in agile methodology
  • Support, encourage and develop the team
  • Translate customer’s expectations (business, quality, scope, timeline) to the delivery team


Detailed responsibilities and duties:

 

  • Increase customer satisfaction
  • Own & manage the delivery projects
  • Acquire business context and knowledge about the customer
  • Facilitate the creation of the project vision and ensure alignment on the implementation
  • Help validating User Stories and Acceptance Criteria in alignment with the business, promoting convergence and simple, pragmatic solutions
  • Act as delivery process coach
  • Manage the backlog in tight cooperation with customer product owner
  • Act as the product owner (on agreement with customer)
  • Represent the business needs towards the delivery team
  • Manage engagement topics (change requests, status reports, risks, budget and resources)
  • Conduct functional testing
  • Conduct feature delivery demos and collect feedback
  • Continuous monitoring and improvement, through sprint retrospectives
  • Ensure proper project handover



What do you need to be successful:

 

  • Great communication & presentation skills
  • Strong experience in project management
  • Practical knowledge in Agile frameworks
  • Scrum & Kanban is a must
  • Scaling frameworks: SAFe, LeSS and DA are considered as a huge plus
  • Product Owner skills
  • Good experience on the customer front with roles similar to:
  • (Key-)Account Management
  • Service Management
  • Partner Management
  • Project Manager in Customer Projects
  • Good team-leading and interpersonal skills
  • Nerves of steel (capability to work and perform well under pressure)
  • Reliable and transparent way of working


Education level:


Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably in IT or Economy

Finnish language is a must for this position


Experience:

  • 3+ years proven track record of successfully acting as in a custoker management role for example: ((Key-)Account Manager; Service Manager; Partner Manager)
  • 2+ years of Project Management skills with proven track record in successful deliveries (preferably in the IT sector with Software Development projects)
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience using Agile frameworks. Previous successful experience acting as a Scrum Master, Product Owner is considered a plus
  • Experience in software development cycle and service delivery process are considered as a plus
  • Any previous experience in Low-code is naturally considered as a plus


Personal Characteristics:


  • Clear and outspoken
  • Extrovert personality is a benefit
  • Well-organized and systematic way of working
  • Good prioritization skills


Certifications/Licences/Technologies:

 

  • Any Agile certification is considered a plus, for example: Scrum Product Owner or Scrum Master
  • Product Manager certifications are considered a plus
  • OutSystems Sales Certificate is a plus
  • Workato Sales Certificate is a plus
